(recommended by WireCutter), with dishes for four and silverware for eight. Paper plates and cups abound. Everything you need is in the well stocked cabinets and drawers which offer plenty of storage.
The oversized refrigerator holds the groceries. We’ve added a convecting toaster oven that air fries and a nifty Lavazza automatic coffee maker. Drop in one of the provided coffee, espresso or double shot espresso
capsules to automatically make a cappuccino, latte or macchiato. No milk frothing or complex settings. Just push a button. Here’s a YouTube video showing you the Lavazza in action.
Living Room
The living room has direct access to the south-facing deck with Adirondack chairs and a dining table with chairs on it. A 65” QLED Samsung flat screen TV is there for your use, with a Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar and vintage Bose 901 speakers serving for surround sound. You can airplay music to the system. YouTube TV is provided to get local stations and you can install/log into apps like NetFlix, etc. High speed wi-fi is provided free.
The furniture has been upgraded; the views are unchanged. In addition to new couches, we’ve added to new leather Stressless recliners which swivel from the TV and seating area to let you enjoy the views. Fluffy comforters are provided of course, along with a new electric fireplace to cozy up to. Curl up or play one of the provided games or assemble a wood jigsaw puzzle on the big coffee table – there are a dozen to choose from.

Through the 8’ slider is a large covered deck. There are two Adirondack chairs and a dining table with four chairs. All are heavy polywood which means no folding up and bringing in light furniture when the wind blows. It stays out there year-round.
When the wind picks up just move to the other deck, also fitted with heavy high-seat polywood Adirondack chairs to catch the views and there is a nifty gliding love seat with two matching glider chairs. More comfortable than a rocking chair, and they are just as relaxing.
Bathroom
The bathroom can be accessed from either the bedroom or the living areas to avoid disturbing sleepers. Of course, it is a beautifully designed and well appointed space. The shower is oversize and everything is marble.

Bedroom/Sitting Area
Imagine waking up views all around and the sounds of the waves! There are roll-down shades can darken the room for sleeping, but no-one can see in through the windows so we leave them up and wake up with the sun. The slider accesses yet another over-sized, shaded deck (the ship’s prow) with unobstructed views of the sea and beach.
Sleep late on the plush (soft and thick) king-size mattress. Again, roll-down shades are provided on every window, but we never use them except to cut out the direct setting sun light coming from the west through the 8’ slider. We’ve added planters everywhere for greenery. Like the living room the rafters give you that beach cottage feel, but in a refined way.
There’s a stacking washer/dryer in the walk-in California closet with shelves and ample hanging areas. Hand towels, soap, beach chairs, many beach towels, laundry detergent, paper goods, and everything you need is stocked. Just pay-it-forward and replace what you run out of for the next guest.

We removed the TV, who needs it!
