About the Condo
Situated above one of the largest bric-a-brack stone revetments on the Cape, Tidewatch (TW) overlooks the Nantucket Sound, just 50 feet away at high tide. Open the windows or sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing and smell the salt air. Our condo offers two over-size decks to give you unobstructed south and west views, while letting you move around and stay out of the wind.
Watch the boats go by and gaze at the birds. Our roomy oversize one-bedroom, one-bath unit is loaded with high-end features as you’d expect. There are no steps from the complex’s front door to the unit making it handicap friendly. We leave
an electric mobility scooter in the condo so everyone can use it to move freely around the complex. With ramps and no steps throughout the interior grassy courtyard with sitting patios viewing the sea, you can even get outside and move around freely.
Off our triangular covered deck (called the “ship’s prow” for its triangular shape which overlooks the Vineyard. It has a gate giving you direct access to the flagstone path to the beach.

The Beach
Plant a beach chair (provided) or take a long morning walk all alone except for the surf sounds to the public South South Cape Beach State Park. Have refreshment, use the bathroom then walk back making it your morning routine.
After walking for a mile or so you’ll come to South Cape Beach with life guards, bathrooms and picnic areas.
